Exchange Policy

For your satisfaction, please inspect your order upon receipt and in the presence of the delivery agent.

  • Customers may exchange a product within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • If the exchange request is based on the customer's personal preference, the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • If the reason for the exchange is a manufacturing defect, we cover the full shipping and exchange costs. 🤍
